1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Used fragrance products cannot be returned for safety/hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.
